I hate running

I really dislike running, pretty much to the point where i hate it, but i still get out there and run because i know its something i am not even remotely good at and i would like say that i at least put forth a serious effort. Not to forget about the all the health benefits that you gain, like a stronger heart, hopefully less fat storage,  cardiovascular  fitness, reduction of high blood pressure and lower cholesterol just some that jump to the top of the grey matter.
i hope that one day i will have a respectful pace and not look so awkward, i keep extending offers to people to come run with me but i hope that no ever excepts my offer. I really hate people that can run better than me. pretty much if you are slower than me you are walking so go figure. maybe i should try yoga. i hear about people that get in there zone and can work out issues and stuff kinda of like a meditative thing while running not me i concentrate on not tripping, stopping gasping for air or passing out pretty much keeps my mind occupied. i had one avid person tell me to run faster on my return leg i have been pretty much following that advice but only because i pick runs that start off with some type of uphill slope. people always expect me to somehow excel at running because i have long legs really well that is a negative ghost rider.   my legs hurt. my breathing is erratic and my heart rate is always red lined,  i had to stop wearing a heart monitor because it keep warning me that i was in the red zone every time i ran pretty much from beginning to end
